Sept. 16: Irish Chamber Ensemble to Present Concert

Trio Festivale, a chamber ensemble consisting of a flute, cello and piano player, will perform a free, public concert on Sunday, Sept. 16 at 4 p.m. in the Natalie Davis Rooke Recital Hall, which is located in the Sigfried Weis Music Building.

Formed in 2008 in Dublin, Ireland, the group has American Sabrina Hu playing flute, Gerald Peregrine from Ireland playing the cello, and pianist Cathal Breslin from Northern Ireland. The Trio has toured their unique flute/cello/piano music globally at some of the world’s most popular venues.
