Oct. 22: Margo Anderson ’67 to Discuss Her Book on the U.S. Census

Margo Anderson ’67, distinguished professor emerita of history at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, will discuss her book The American Census: A Social History during a free, public talk on Monday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. in the Elaine Langone Center Forum. Her appearance is part of the fall lecture series, “Midterm Elections 2018: What Are the Issues?,” hosted by the Bucknell Institute for Public Policy.

Anderson’s research interests center around urban history and the social history of the United States in the 19th and 20th centuries. She has authored two books on the U.S. Census.
