Bucknell University students will be conducting a vigil to support the Jewish community and the students at the University most directly affected by Saturday’s shootings at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh on Tuesday evening, Oct. 30, at 6:30 p.m. in the Science Quad. The event will ask all participants not only to reflect on what we each can do to create a more caring society, but also to act on those reflections. Some of the students most impacted by the shooting are expected to speak along with Rabbi Chana Leslie Glazer, chaplain for Jewish community at Bucknell.
