As part of its fall lecture series “Midterm Elections 2018: What Are the Issues?,” the Bucknell Institute for Public Policy (BIPP) will host political journalist David Hawkings ’82 for a free, public talk on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in Academic West 108.
The former senior editor at CQ Roll Call, a political media outlet with a focus on Capital Hill, Hawkings will share his insights on the upcoming midterm elections.
